Let’s Eat wants to feed 500 Baltimore area families who may not have a Thanksgiving Dinner this year. Please click the Donate button and give what you can. A $20 donation will buy a fine, plump turkey for a family in need .

Let’s Eat has received a generous donation of an automobile to be given to a worthy family in desperate need of transportation. Could anyone make a donation matching the value of this automobile? We are looking for a gift of $2500.

“The happiest people are not those getting more. The happiest people are giving more” Author H. Jackson Browne, Life’s Little Instruction book.

A $5 donation will provide one family with a complete dinner who otherwise would have gone without. Please help us help families in need this Thanksgiving

To our nonprofit beneficiaries: Help us help you. The more financial, volunteer, or assets help you can provide will allow Let’s Eat to do more for your organization.

The Let’s Eat Inc Board of Directors will be offering some updates on staff promotions coming soon to this space

Let’s Eat leads by always putting people first. It’s a very simple philosophy but it works!

The Let’s Eat Board of Directors would like to thank two wonderful philanthropists, Kathleen and Kevin Scollans, for their recent generosity. These natives of Ireland have donated money and have unselfishly given their time to scores of nonprofits and social services organizations for a lifetime . For this couple giving is in their DNA.

“The Federal Government may have shut down, but Let’s Eat is as busy as ever. We collected close to 5,000 pounds of top quality food today which will go along way sustaining food insecure families in Greater Baltimore. Let’s Eat Founder, Catherine Morneault, said”adversity just makes us even stronger. We never have received a dime from any government entities.”

None are better Friends of Let’s Eat than Betty and Eric J. Their generosity and commitment to the mission of Let’s Eat is boundless. Thank you for your major financial contribution this week. We know there are many other places to spend your money and we are humbled that you selected Let’s Eat.

We are expecting some additional revenue to trickle in over the next few days and we will announce those numbers in a few days. Thanks for all the Boscov’s customers who supported us.

“Stories were the first crucial information technology developed by human.” Professor Yuval Noah Harari from his book Nexus

On October 17th our first ever ad was published in the BBJ’s Annual Giving Guide Section. We are so pleased to tell our story to so many companies which may not know the great work Let’s Eat does every day in Greater Baltimore. We have deep thanks to Kelly Rose, our Director of Marketing, who conceived and produced this ad. Let’s hope our story resonates with hundreds of new friends.

In his book “Nexus” the brilliant author opines “Humans are so good at accumulating more information and power, but are far less successful at acquiring wisdom.”

This is a totally accurate statement from Maryland Nonprofits.

That’s the number of nonprofits and charities in Maryland. We know that you have 37,000 different choices to support just in our state. We appreciate every single donation to Let’s Eat no matter how small. Thank you.
