It’s now official. In January the Let’s Eat, Inc team rescued 85,401 pounds of food in just one month. Last January LEI collected 16,000 pounds of food. According to Let’s Eat Chairman, John P Scollan, “with numbers like this we are well positioned to reach our goal of collecting 1 million pounds of food in 2025.”

Let’s Eat Founder, Catherine Morneault, is overwhelmed by this record support for our mission. She wanted to thank all of our Donation Partners especially KeHE Food Distributors, Sprouts Farmers Market, Pepperidge Farm and Giant Food for believing in our nonprofit.
