Let’s Eat Board Chairman, John P. Scollan, announced today that Let’s Eat will for the second consecutive semester hire an intern from the university.

Last semester’s intern flourished as the nonprofit’s Manager of Social Media.

This semester our UB intern, a Dean’s List accounting major, will work with financial compliance, reconciling financial records and assessing grant opportunities.

Mr. Scollan believes strongly in offering students a worthwhile and hands-on chance to gain real world knowledge. One especially strong feature of the Let’s Eat opportunity is that each student becomes a member of the charity’s Board of Directors.
