The English philosopher Jeremy Bentham said that the only rational ultimate goal is to minimize suffering in the world and maximize happiness. This what we try to do each day at Let’s Eat. We may not always be conscious of that but maximizing happiness in Baltimore is what we stand for.

Philosophy is one thing, but in the practical world we cannot do that without the help of many other people.
