D.O.G.E. Cuts to the US Department of Agriculture

Pundits are predicting a 13% to 16% decrease in food provided to our nation’s food pantries. While this may happen it will not affect the work and distribution of food rescued by Let’s Eat.

As a mobile food pantry system, our rescued food doesn’t sit on shelves. When Let’s Eat collects donated foods, it is generally distributed the same day to our partners.

Let’s Eat doesn’t receive US Department of Agriculture food. Private corporations donate all of our food.

Let’s Eat has no paid staff. All are volunteers so there will be no staff cuts.

We rely solely on you for our operating income. Please donate today. Just follow the Donate prompts on our website. Thank you.
