Barrier#8 Failure of government and nonprofits

It seems like enough quality fresh foods and proteins are available and there is no shortage of well-intentioned nonprofits who provide a lot of services to the underserved population, but we still cannot help enough of those at the bottom of the poverty rung in American cities and rural communities.
