All nonprofits are not created equal

Many charities and nonprofits actually give very little to those they serve. Even some very well known nonprofits spend significantly more on salaries, fundraising costs and overhead. Some only giveaway around 5% of monies collected.

At Let’s Eat, Inc , a completely volunteer organization, we have the exact opposite breakdown. Only 10% to 15% goes towards expenses the rest of our budget goes towards our mission of feeding the most food insecure persons in Greater Baltimore
