Last year Let’s Eat rescued about one million pounds of food and supplies. All were donated. An industry accepted way of calculating meals created from rescue is that 1.2 pounds creates one meal. By those measurements last year Let’s Eat served about 800,000 meals to those in need in Greater Baltimore.
